That’s the question we asked ourselves since the beginning of Circle Care. Because we noticed a problem: The helpers needed help, too.
Parents were running themselves ragged driving their kids from one therapy to the next. Their kids were learning new skills in ABA therapy, but the parents weren’t getting the support they needed to carry those new skills through. And providers were smart, talented, and dedicated, but with stuffed caseloads and little support, they were running on empty.
With a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and years of experience supporting children with autism, I opened a private pediatric therapy practice to give kids the best chance of success. We did it by giving care to the caregivers.
1-on-1 support sessions. Bringing all therapies under one roof. Building a referral network that saves parents weeks of time. Our providers get mentorships, meetups, and top compensation.
