Still in college and looking for a side income? You can do meaningful work helping children learn new skills, make money, and make it work with your class schedule. Become an (R)BT with Circle Care to change lives. No experience required.

Circle Care offers competitive hourly rates right from the start. It’s a part-time job that actually pays well.
No experience needed; you’ll get fast hands-on training so you’ll feel confident from the get-go.
When you work as an RBT, you’re helping a child learn, grow, and hit real milestones. It’s work that is truly meaningful — and it looks great on your résumé!
(R)BTs (Registered) Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with kids who are on the autism spectrum to help them build real-life skills. So things like communication (practicing making friends), independence (like zipping up their coats on their own), and emotional regulation (like not panicking when they run out of their favorite cereal — something we can all learn, honestly).
Oh, and P.S. You’re not on your own. A BCBA (an ABA expert with professional certification) will guide you and instruct you every step of the way, from training to day-to-day support!
A Thursday in Alexis’s Life
Working at Circle Care allows me to have a feeling of real impact with the community that I have built with my clients — it’s so much more meaningful than when I was working as a barista. And having flexibility with my work schedule was extremely helpful both when I was in college and now.

The people at Circle Care really care about you and the clients you work with. They prioritize the kids' needs while also ensuring your needs as an employee are met. I have a very hectic schedule due to school and they are very flexible and offer me several options for work to accommodate my busy schedule.
