Concerns, Complaints, and Grievances

We are committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and compassionate care. If you ever have a concern, please let us know so we can address it quickly and respectfully.

Complaints are minor issues that can usually be resolved right away, such as scheduling errors, communication concerns, or environmental dissatisfaction. Please communicate complaints to the BCBA, Center Administrator, or Clinical Director. Circle Care Services Team will make every effort to resolve these within 24 hours.

If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, or if it involves a serious matter such as client rights, safety, or potential misconduct, it becomes a grievance. Grievances trigger a formal review by our Compliance Department or Clinical Quality leadership.

To file a grievance, please contact us at compliance@circlecareservices.com.  All reports are handled confidentially, investigated promptly, and tracked through resolution. Updates will be provided throughout the process, and outcomes will be shared in writing once the review is complete.
