What is Build a Howie (and who is Howie, anyway?)

Let’s start with the obvious question:

Who is that round orange guy? That’s Howie — Circle Care’s brand-new mascot.

But Howie isn’t just a logo.

He’s a vibe. He’s a helper. A friendly, orange reminder that we’re always asking one simple question: how can we help?

And now… we’re bringing him to life.

Ready, Set… Howie!

This is your official invitation to join the Build a Howie contest, where imagination has no limits.

We mean it. No limits.

2D. 3D. 4D.
Paper, clay, LEGO, cake, digital art, costumes — if you can dream it, you can Howie it.

Your mission? Create your own version of Howie by channeling all your inner creative juices.

The Prizes

Let’s talk rewards:

1st Place: $1,000 Visa Gift Card

Runner-Up: $500 Visa Gift Card

Bonus: Post your Howie on your Instagram profile using #buildahowie
DM us with your email to receive 2 submissions for a chance to win $250.

Not bad for a little orange creativity, right?

Why Build a Howie?

Sure there are prizes, but this is bigger than that.

We want Howie to become something you love. Something fun. Something kids connect to. Something that feels alive.

And we can’t wait to see where your imagination takes him.

Will Howie be a superhero? A chef? A sensory-friendly space explorer? A pancake? (Please someone make pancake Howie.)

Here's some Howie inspiration to get you started.

How to Enter the Build a Howie Contest

Step 1: Build Your Howie

Create your version of Howie in any format you like.

Important:
It should still look like Howie — round, orange, recognizable.
(We love creativity, but let’s not turn him into a square blueberry.)

Step 2: Submit Your Entry

Upload a photo or video of your creation here.

Step 3: Share It

Post your Howie on social media using: #buildahowie

DM us with your email to receive 2 submissions for a chance to win $250!

How Do We Choose the Winner?

We’re looking for a few key things:

  • Creativity – Did you think outside the circle?
  • Materials Used – The more inventive, the better
  • Originality – Is this uniquely your Howie?
  • Resemblance to Howie – Still our round orange guy at heart

Here’s How it Works

Circle Care administration will select the top 5 entries

Then it’s over to you…

We’ll host a live poll on our social media where the community gets to vote and choose the winner.

Make sure you’re following us @circlecareservices so you don’t miss the vote (or the Howie fun leading up to it).

So why all the Howie Hype? (the heart behind the orange)

At Circle Care, everything we do comes back to one thing.

Supporting children with autism and their families in a way that feels human, creative, and connected.

Howie represents that.

He’s curious.
He’s friendly.
He’s always asking, “How can I help?”

And now, through this contest, he gets to become something even bigger. Something shaped by you.
