We’re proud to share that Healthcare Business Review has announced that Circle Care Services is the top-rated ABA Therapy Company of the Year for 2024. This recognizes Circle Care’s dedication to empathetic, client-centered, and scientifically backed care for the 2nd consecutive year.

What set Circle Care apart

Circle Care was nominated as ABA Company of the Year by subscribers to the Healthcare Business Review. When they received the nomination, the panel of judges was impressed by Circle Care’s collaborative approach, authentic care, and handpicked BCBAs and ABA therapists.

Founded by Leah Gross OTR/L in 2020, Circle Care is more than a therapy agency. It’s a passionate support team that understands the journey of autism from the inside out.

The story behind Circle Care’s success

Leah always loved working with kids, and when she completed her master’s in occupational therapy, she chose to specialize in pediatric therapy. During her early years in hospital and outpatient settings, she found that many parents are held back from giving their children what they wish they could by a lack of knowledge, skill, time, or money. Determined to change that, Leah opened a private pediatric therapy practice to give children with developmental challenges the best chance at success with convenient, affordable, and effective therapy services.

As her OT practice developed, she began servicing many children on the autistic spectrum. Leah realized that children with ASD needed ABA providers who were not just highly skilled, but also deeply compassionate.

She founded Circle Care Services to fill this need. Built on the core values of compassion, honesty, warmth, and professionalism, Circle Care quickly became a beloved ABA center for children with ASD in New Jersey and Georgia. Not one to let care become commercialized, Leah and her team carefully handpick and vet every BCBA, ABA therapist, and care coordinator for their dedication, proficiency, and ability to connect.

“Before I go to sleep each night, I look back at my day,” says Leah. “Yes, my work can get overwhelming at times. But the smiling faces I see every day fuel me with energy to keep fulfilling my dream. I sleep with the knowledge that the thousands of children who have passed through our doors will not live with the devastating effects of under-realized potential. We have helped them achieve more skill, independence, and confidence than was ever dreamed possible!”

Changing lives with empathy

Leah firmly believes that every child deserves the best services possible. And for that to happen, the therapists who provide them with ABA need to be fully equipped for success. That’s why she sets up every Circle Care therapist with comprehensive in-house training and provides them with the best ABA resources and support at every step of the way. From BCBAs to supervise and mentor new therapists to a collection of tips and resources, the organizational team at Circle Care works hard to enable their therapists and clients to achieve more.

Circle Care’s dedicated team of care coordinators matches each client with a therapist who will work well with them and their families. The intake team takes cultural sensitivity, schedules, and personalities into account to match up each child with a provider who can relate to them. When both the therapist and client can connect, they’re happy to work together. And when there’s joy in working, progress happens.

And no matter what is going on, Circle Care puts the client and their family first. It’s a dedication to care, achievement, and family satisfaction that’s the overarching goal of everything the agency does.
